The Rockingham Road Improvement project extends from Schmidt Road to Birchwood Avenue. Schmidt Road to Lincoln Avenue and Elmwood Avenue to Birchwood Avenue will be resurfaced. Lincoln Avenue to Elmwood Avenue will have complete reconstruction. The project also includes necessary improvements to storm sewer, curbs and sidewalks.
