Motion approving the purchase agreement for the acquisition of a permanent sewer easement and temporary construction and access easement from Bowling Center, Inc in the amount of $72,250 for the replacement of the 8” sanitary sewer main at Kimberly Road and Harrison Street, CIP #30028. [Ward 7]

This easement is necessary to replace the 8” sanitary sewer main at West Kimberly Road and Harrison Street which was discovered to be structurally deficient during the 2015 sewer CIPP Lining program. 

Program management and quality assurance inspections for the Kimberly Sanitary Sewer Repair Project will be completed by the engineering division.

The acquisition total of $72,250 is budgeted in CIP #30028.
