Adopt the Resolution.
Background:

Per the City's Special Events Policy, City Council will approve street/lane/public grounds closures based on the recommendation of the Special Events Committee.

 

The sponsor was presented with two alternate closures that would minimize the public safety impact but wants to proceed with the original request.
