Resolution setting a Public Hearing concerning the proposed conveyance of vacated public rights-of-way, that being a part of East 11th Street between Perry Street and Pershing Avenue, a portion of an alley in block 89 of LeClaire’s 8th addition, and a portion of an alley in block 96 of LeClaire’s 8th addition (Palmer College of Chiropractic, petitioner). The City currently owns the vacated public rights-of-way that were vacated at the March 24, 2021 City Council meeting and desires to sell its interest in this real estate. Palmer College of Chiropractic would to acquire this property. 

Per Iowa law, a City must hold a Public Hearing prior to conveying its interest in real property. Adoption of this Resolution will set the Public Hearing for Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Davenport City Hall, 226 West Fourth Street, Davenport, Iowa.
