Background:
An Invitation to Bid was issued on August 9, 2021 and sent to contractors. On August 20, 2021, the Purchasing Division opened and read one bid. See bid tab attached.
This work includes City street long-line painting and portions of Iowa Department of Transportation roads including River Drive, Harrison Street, Brady Street, Welcome Way, and Kimberly Road within City limits. The State of Iowa will reimburse the City for their portion.
