Resolution accepting work completed under the Kaiserslautern Square Upgrade project by Tricon General Construction of Dubuque, Iowa in the amount of  $862,643.48, CIP #64049. [Ward 3]

Approve the resolution.

This project consisted of the site improvements to the Kaiserslautern Square upgrades which included the addition of gabion and pre-cast concrete walls, decomposed granite walkways, storm sewer and detention, site lighting and electrical work, a new water feature, landscaping, site furniture, and flagpoles.

This project was a combined effort by the City of Davenport Public Works and Davenport Parks and Recreation. The City of Davenport provided construction inspections for the project per City of Davenport permit requirements.

Work has been satisfactorily completed by Tricon General Construction of Dubuque, Iowa. The final cost for the project was $862,643.48.
