Resolution setting a Public Hearing on the proposed additions to the Davenport 2022 Urban Revitalization Area Plan for the Central City and North Areas. [Wards 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, & 8]

On May 31, 2022, the City Council met in a Management Update Meeting to review potential new areas to include in the Urban Revitalization Tax Exemption program. The proposed new areas would become a part of the existing Central City and North Areas and utilize the same exemption schedules. 

The attachments show the proposed new areas to be included as well as the exemption schedules. 

The Public Hearing is to be held at the August 17, 2022 Committee of the Whole Meeting.
