Adopt the Resolution.

Streetscaping was completed on the south side of East 2nd Street from 211 East 2nd Street east to Iowa Street. This project provided ADA-accessibility to some building entrances plus brick landscape, new ornamental lights, and new street trees. Per the June 2020 Streetscape Improvement Plan, cost is shared between the City, property owners, and the Downtown Davenport Partnership. The final project cost was $280,179.01, of which $172,740.31 is shared by the Downtown Davenport Partnership and property owners.
