Second Consideration: Ordinance amending Chapter 9.08 entitled "Disorderly Conduct" of the Municipal Code of Davenport, Iowa by repealing Sections 9.08.050 and 9.08.080 due to a recent trend in federal court decisions restricting the City’s ability to regulate activities that involve person-to-person donation requests.
